Ambiance...service...cuisine.  Hailed as one of, if not the best restaurant in Midtown Manhattan's Theater District, Triomphe is a hidden gem featuring the culinary art of acclaimed Chef, Jason Tilmann. 

Unpretentious and intimate, Triomphe debuted in the fall of 2000 earning a two star rating by The New York Times and New York Magazine's "Best Theater District Restaurant".  Those positive critiques continue, with Triomphe a top rated restaurant featured in the Zagat's Guide, earning an esteemed "24" rating. 

Chef Tilmann is inspired by the seasons, each menu complementing the flavors of the freshest of ingredients. Each plate reflects what he believes French cuisine truly stands for...the ability to evoke the senses through the subtle techniques of the masters.

Triomphe will be open for breakfast only from September 3 through September 6. 

We will re-open for lunch and dinner on Wednesday, September 7.
